Dear Friends
Viv and I have done our best to get this organisation going.
We had no funding other than what we could put in ourselves, and no assistance from any government body!
It is therefore with regret that I have to inform you that PAPA is closed until further notice.
It is just so obvious that this government cares nothing for you!
