Telkom don't even have people to answer their phones

I needed to ask telkom for help with the broadband that we purchased. I ended up waiting in line for them to help me for over 1 hour, then after that I just though stuff that and decided to get it working by myself. And another thing, Telkom goes down WAYYYY! to much.

I had the same problem!
Be careful though! If you use Telkom as your ISP, be sure to get many virusses a day!
A good ISP is Axxess - I have had no problems and nice speeds too! When they get over subscribed, I will also need to look for another ISP.
It wont be MWEB or ABSA either !!! :))

As telkom as my ISP (Internet Service Provider) I've been getting a great ping but lots of crashes. I would love to get a new ISP, but we need to stay with telkom for just a little bit longer.

you need to move to the States where all the ISP's compete for for your business. Lower monthly fees, higher broadband speeds...blah blah blah! I think the only cheaper rates for broadband internet access than the States is in Tokyo...good luck!!!!!

In the states, don't you get ADSL for free? I heard that from someone.
